Launch your career in Early Years Education with YMCA Black Country Group’s fully funded Early Years Initial Teacher Training
(EYITT) programme.

Based at YMCA Greets Green Nursery, this exciting 12-month opportunity allows graduates from any subject background to gain
hands-on experience supporting children aged 0–5 while completing professional training through Best Practice Network. You will
work alongside experienced Nursery Practitioners and Primary school teachers during placement to deliver high-quality early years
education, support children’s development and wellbeing, and build the skills needed to qualify and achieve Early Years Teacher
Status.

This programme offers an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives
of young children.
