Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a Post Room Operative to support a busy corporate environment in Birmingham.

This role would suit someone with previous post room, mailroom, facilities or administrative support experience who is organised, reliable and able to work within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sorting and distributing incoming post and deliveries
Preparing outgoing mail and courier collections
Supporting internal departments with mail and distribution requests
Maintaining organised post room and storage areas
Logging deliveries and maintaining accurate records where required
Supporting general facilities and administrative duties as needed
Ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

Previous post room, mailroom or facilities support experience preferred
Good organisational and communication skills
Reliable and punctual approach to work
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Professional manner within a corporate environment
