Temporary Assignment
Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a Workplace Experience Host to support a professional corporate environment in Glasgow.
This role would suit someone with previous reception, front of house, hospitality or workplace experience within corporate offices, hotels or facilities management environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting guests professionally and courteously
Issuing visitor passes in line with security procedures
Explaining health & safety and evacuation procedures to visitors
Maintaining a visible and proactive presence throughout reception and lobby areas
Supporting meeting room setups and hospitality requirements
Managing reception emails, telephone calls and general enquiries
Undertaking administration duties for the facilities management team
Maintaining high presentation standards across reception and meeting spaces
Providing excellent customer service to staff, guests and visitors at all times
Requirements:
Previous front of house, reception or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and manner
Confident working within a corporate environment
Ability to multitask and work independently
Additional Information:
25 hours per week
