Summary
£12.71 per hour PAYE

Temporary Assignment
Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to support a busy commercial site in Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with grounds maintenance, landscaping or horticultural experience looking for a full-time role within a professional facilities environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out planned preventative grounds and horticultural maintenance
Maintaining grassed areas using ride-on mowers, pedestrian mowers and strimmers
Weed control and spot spraying duties
Supporting winter gritting and seasonal maintenance activities
Clearing litter, leaves and debris from external areas
Maintaining drains and gullies free from blockages
Undertaking low-level tree pruning where required
Completing reactive maintenance tasks and reporting defects
Supporting basic handyperson duties including painting and porterage
Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures
Requirements:
Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
Experience using grounds maintenance equipment beneficial
Reliable and hardworking attitude
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Good understanding of health & safety practices

40 hours per week
