A new position is now available to join Aspiring Lives Ltd to support a lady in the Whitegate area, of Winsford who has Autism and ADHD to live a full and meaningful life within the community. Aspiring Lives support individuals to access a range of services whilst protecting and maintaining their dignity and health and welfare.
The support worker will follow plans of care and risk assessments to ensure that the care is safe, effective, caring and responsive to the individual's needs. There will be opportunities to influence and improve the individuals life through care planning and activity planning whilst working with the Registered Manager and the family. The support worker is expected to be flexible and responsive to the needs and demands of the service.
