Summary
We are currently recruiting for a part-time Cleaning Operative to support a commercial site in Ashford.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for candidates seeking additional hours alongside other work commitments.
Role Details
Position: Cleaning Operative
Location: Ashford, Kent
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour PAYE
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 3 hours per week
Working Hours
Monday: 10:00 – 11:00
Wednesday: 10:00 – 11:00
Friday: 10:00 – 11:00
Duties Include
General office and facilities cleaning
Hoovering, mopping and dusting
Cleaning welfare areas and washrooms
Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
Securing the building where required
Using site alarm systems and following opening/closing procedures
Candidate Requirements
Previous cleaning experience preferred
Comfortable lone working
Reliable and trustworthy
Able to work as a key holder where required
Must be comfortable using alarm systems
Good attention to detail and timekeeping
Compliance Requirements
Candidates must provide:
Valid Right to Work documentation
DBS check eligibility
Additional Information
Telephone-based clocking in system is mandatory
