Our client, a reputable automotive main dealer in the Wolverhampton area, is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their dynamic aftersales team.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and genuine long-term career development within a leading dealership group.

Duties of a Parts Advisor:
- Assisting the Parts Manager with daily departmental operations
- Supplying parts to the workshop and retail customers efficiently
- Managing stock levels and ensuring correct storage of parts
- Receiving deliveries and processing returns accurately
- Completing administrative duties related to parts sales and inventory
- Answering customer enquiries face-to-face and over the phone
- Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times
- Supporting the overall efficiency of the parts department and dealership operations
Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of computer systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, customer-focused approach and a positive attitude
