Pay: £14.67 per hour
⏰ Hours: Starting at 10 hours per week (with potential to increase up to 20 hours)
Driver with own vehicle required (business insurance essential) Are you creative, open-minded, and love a good laugh?This could be the role for you…We’re looking for a female Personal Assistant to support an 18-year-old creative, funny, and fiercely individual young adult living in supported accommodation.This isn’t your average PA role, it’s about connection, creativity, and helping someone build independence while celebrating who they are. A Little About HimYou’ll be supporting someone who is:

  • Passionate about art (digital & traditional)
  • Into punk & alternative music and going to gigs
  • A fan of dark British humour (Inside No. 9, Mighty Boosh, League of Gentlemen…)
  • Loves expressive fashion & online shopping
  • Enjoys animals & Asian food
  • Funny, quirky, and full of personality
He connects best with people who are genuine, relaxed, and can share a laugh. The RoleYou’ll be supporting him to build independence and enjoy life, including:
  • Supporting community access & social activities
  • Helping develop daily living skills
  • Providing transport and support to education sessions (Heddon-on-the-Wall)
  • Staying nearby during sessions & assisting with shopping afterwards
  • Encouraging confidence and reducing reliance on family

  • Calm, patient, and emotionally intelligent
  • Flexible, resilient, and quick-thinking
  • Confident supporting (or willing to learn about):
    • Neurodivergence
    • PDA
    • Misophonia
    • Situational mutism
  • Respectful of independence and autonomy
  • Able to build trust naturally (bonus points for a great sense of humour!)
