Summary

Ward Nurse Manager – CAHMS


Up to £52,000 per annum | 37.5 hours per week

What We’re Looking For



  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) – essential

  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role within a clinical setting

  • Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs

  • Strong knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding, and risk management

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

  • Strong communication and organisational abilities

Key Responsibilities



  • Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the ward

  • Ensuring high standards of clinical care and patient safety

  • Supporting and developing a multidisciplinary team

  • Overseeing care planning, risk assessments, and clinical governance

  • Maintaining compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements

  • Building positive relationships with patients, families, and external professionals

  • Driving continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes
