The Role:
As a Digital Workplace Engineer you’ll be providing IT support to the circa 3000 employees we have based all around the country.
You’ll need to be the sort of person who’s inquisitive, likes to problem-solve and is happy to get stuck in and fix things! You’ll
need to be comfortable building relationships with people as you’ll be out and about in the business trouble-shooting.
* 2nd line support of escalated Service Desk tickets that require in-depth trouble shooting or hands-on interaction of devices
across our offices in the midlands
* Utilise ITSM tool to prioritise the impact of incoming cases
* Anti-Virus and Systems monitoring
* Supporting Users on both hardware and Software applications
* Maintain security infrastructure including antivirus software
* Administer Active Directory including Group Policies
* Build and support Windows 11, iOS/Android devices, Intune, Autopilot
* Basic network troubleshooting, TCP/IP and general WAN/ LAN.
* Patching and input managing networking equipment
* Assist in small project work alongside the Direct Delivery team
* Site visits as needed
What you’ll need:
* Driving License
* Extensive experience in a relevant field and/or a degree or IT qualification
* Great customer service skills
* Self-motivated to learn new technology
* Desire to gain new skills and experiences
* Customer service experience
