Summary
Office Administrator / Accounts Bookkeeper
Part-Time to Permanent Position
We are currently looking for a reliable, professional, and hardworking individual to join our team as an Office Administrator / Accounts Bookkeeper.
This role will initially be part-time working 3 days per week from 5:30 AM to 1:00 PM, with excellent opportunities to progress into a full-time permanent position for the right candidate.
The role combines office administration, accounts/bookkeeping duties, computer-based work, and occasional warehouse support within a busy wholesale environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing accounts and bookkeeping duties including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records
General office administration including correspondence, filing, scheduling, supplier coordination, and reporting
Using Microsoft Excel and other office software confidently and efficiently
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and professional office environment at all times
Assisting occasionally with warehouse organisation, stock updates, and receiving goods when required
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business with a flexible and positive attitude
Essential Requirements
Previous experience working within a professional office environment is essential
Must have Accounts and Bookkeeping experience
Applicants without relevant experience should not apply
Strong computer skills and good knowledge of:
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Office
Office software systems
Experience in web design, networking, websites, or basic server handling would be advantageous but not essential
Must be willing to learn, adapt, and grow within the company
Good communication and coordination skills are essential
Ability to speak Urdu would be helpful but is not essential
Excellent punctuality, attendance, and timekeeping are extremely important
Must be honest, reliable, organised, and professional at all times
Physically fit and capable of assisting with light warehouse duties if required
Must have full legal right to work in the UK
