Pay Rate: £14.48 per hour
Shifts: Continental shifts – 6:00am to 6:00pm / 6:00pm to 6:00am
Shift Pattern Explained
You’ll work a rotating continental shift pattern across days and nights:
Week 1: 5 day shifts (6:00am – 6:00pm)
Week 2: 2 day shifts (6:00am – 6:00pm)
Week 3: 5 night shifts (6:00pm – 6:00am)
Week 4: 2 night shifts (6:00pm – 6:00am)
This pattern then repeats.
The Role
We are recruiting experienced FLT Drivers (Counterbalance & Reach) to join a busy FMCG drinks production site.
The role is primarily forklift-based, with some general warehouse duties required to support operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operating both Counterbalance and Reach FLT safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading vehicles
Moving stock across warehouse and production areas
Supplying production lines with materials
Stacking and storing finished goods
Supporting goods-in and goods-out
Carrying out daily FLT safety checks
Following all health & safety procedures
Requirements
Valid, in-date Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences
Licences must be RTITB or ITSSAR accredited
Previous warehouse or FMCG experience preferred
Strong awareness of health & safety
Reliable and able to commit to rotating shifts
