Role Overview
We are looking for experienced, caring, and compassionate Care Assistants to join our growing team in Braintree and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to service users in their homes, promoting independence, well-being, and dignity at all times.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting support
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
• Supporting with medication administration or prompting
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Encouraging independence and daily living activities
• Supporting with mobility and transfers where required
• Light domestic duties, including cleaning and laundry
• Recording care notes accurately and reporting concerns appropriately
• Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times
What We Are Looking For
✔ Previous care experience preferred
✔ Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Flexible and committed attitude
✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
✔ Right to work in the UK
