Summary
Abuv & Beyond are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate individuals to join our expanding community care team.
We provide high-quality person-centred care within the local community and also operate our own residential care home, allowing us to provide a wider range of support to individuals and families.
Duties Include:
* Personal care
* Medication support
* Meal preparation
* Companionship
* Supporting independence
* Record keeping using care systems/apps
* Promoting dignity and wellbeing
