A wheelchair user living in Liverpool City Centre is seeking an experienced and dependable Personal Assistant to provide high-quality support across daily routines, personal care, and community access.
This is a varied role supporting independence at home and in the community, including help with appointments, social plans, and maintaining day-to-day structure and routine.
Key Areas of Support
Your role will include:
* Personal care and assistance with daily routines
* Household support including meal preparation, laundry, and maintaining an organised living space
* Accompanying and supporting with appointments, social plans, and community-based activities
* Helping with weekly planning, reminders, and maintaining structure
* Practical assistance on busier days and during external commitments
* Providing reliable, respectful support that promotes independence
Who This Role Would Suit
This role would suit someone who is:
* Experienced in care, PA work, or support roles
* Calm, reliable, and respectful in their approach
* Comfortable delivering hands-on personal care
* Flexible and happy to support both at home and in the community
* Able to work independently and respond well to changing needs
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in care, support work, or personal assistant roles
* Right to work in the UK
* Strong punctuality and reliability
* Driving licence advantageous but not required
