Summary

In this role, you’ll be trusted to lead clinical programmes that improve patient care and service delivery across local health services.
You’ll work within the Integrated Nursing and Conditions Service, supporting the planning and delivery of programmes that make care safer, more effective and joined‑up. Working closely with clinical and non‑clinical colleagues, you’ll help turn ideas into real improvements for patients and communities.


What you’ll do:
• Lead and oversee clinical programmes from planning through to delivery
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support high‑quality care
• Monitor progress, outcomes and benefits, providing clear and timely reports
• Ensure programmes meet governance, quality and reporting requirements
• Maintain and review programme risks, escalating concerns where needed
What we’re looking for:
• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
• Experience supporting or leading projects or programmes in health or care
• Confidence working with a wide range of clinical and non‑clinical colleagues
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
• A values‑led approach focused on patient safety, quality and continuous improvement
