We are looking for a Legal Administrator to join our Legal Telephone Advice Service (TAS). You will provide essential administration to support to a team of telephone advisers with a range of administrative tasks, including data collection and input, and the preparation, printing and posting of letters and forms

We are looking for someone who:
• Has excellent communication skills
• Can manage own time effectively with a keen eye for detail
• Can complete tasks to the highest quality
• Can monitor and maintain own standards ensuring work is accurate

Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate to enable them to carry out their role

Responsibilities / Key Tasks:
• Answer calls from CLA Operator Service where needed (i.e. during breaks and to cover sickness, training, absence)
• Download and distribute voicemail messages to Advisers
• Support with administration of ongoing cases
• Data inputting and keeping accurate records
• Collating client feedback

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
• Location: Hybrid Working –a few days per week from our office at Marble Hall, Derby, a few days from home depending on service needs
• Contract: 31/8/2026 – possible extension dependant on funder
