Summary
Business Administrator (Level 3 Apprenticeship)
What you’ll be doing
Managing office stationery, general supplies, and consumables
Assisting with asset monitoring and organisation
Distributing and scanning incoming mail
Updating and maintaining digital filing systems
Gaining exposure to the sales team and using a bespoke CRM system
Supporting live projects and liaising with field staff and clients
Answering and screening telephone calls professionally
Managing shared inboxes, responding to queries, and troubleshooting issues
Assisting with team projects and helping improve internal processes
Arranging contractors for facilities management
Supporting the completion of customer questionnaires and key business documents
Carrying out general administrative and ad-hoc duties as required
