What will the FP&A Controller role involve?
You’ll take ownership of planning and forecasting across key business units, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide clear, forward-looking financial insight.
• Building robust financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Delivering high-quality, board-ready reporting and analysis
• Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the business
• Monitoring working capital performance and identifying risks and opportunities
• Contributing to the broader FP&A function in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Controller vacancy:
• Strong FP&A experience within a medium or large organisation
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
• Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders
• A proactive, commercially curious mindset
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
