Summary
We enjoy the benefits of a GP triage system with our wonderful Reception team who are fantastic at signposting to the many resources available to them. We have low home visiting rates and non-onerous duty surgeries along with much higher levels of clinician autonomy for the working day than strict appointment-based systems. This allows us to meet daily in a convivial, nurturing, learning and coffee-fuelled safe space.
