Summary

We are looking for a friendly , professional and customer focused Customer Service Advisor to join our Client DMW Logistics in Sutton in Ashfield on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and delivering excellent customer experience.

Main Duties:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Maintain customer records and update internal systems
Assist with and complete daily reporting tasks regarding goods received, despatched and produced in the customer required timescales
Use the Warehouse Management Stock System to process orders in a timely manner
Complete administrative duties to ensure that all customer requirements are being met
File and archive paperwork
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Build relationships with customer to maximise opportunities

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
Methodical with a good attention for detail and numeracy
Confident using Microsoft Office and customer service systems

Pay Rate and Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: up to 40 hours
Working hours: 8.00am - 17.00pm
Pay rate: £13/h
