* Helping manage anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes
* Providing excellent customer service to tenants and residents
* Supporting the team with administrative duties, including managing inboxes and maintaining records
* Learning about housing legislation, tenancy enforcement and legal processes
* Working with internal teams and external partners to support local communities
* Promoting safeguarding, equality, diversity and health and safety practices at all times
What We’re Looking For:

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Excellent organisational and customer service skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A willingness to learn and take direction
