The School of Construction delivers a variety of qualifications to students across full time, part time and apprenticeships in Brickwork, Multiskills, Carpentry and Plumbing.

In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for shaping the future of our students, ensuring they receive an exceptional education that prepares them for success in the ever-evolving construction industry.

For the post holder, a strong understanding of curriculum development and the strategic aims of further education is essential. You will have the opportunity to develop a construction business plan that considers the diversification and growth opportunities within the further education and construction sectors, fostering new and existing employer engagement.

This is an opportunity for the right person to nurture a school culture that supports and encourages staff to perform at their highest level through strong communication and leadership. Highly effective organisational skills are essential, and the role requires all the attributes to lead, inspire and motivate colleagues to work collaboratively as a team.
