Contract: Key Account Network

Location: Bolton - covering key sites across Manchester, Liverpool, Hull, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow

We are seeking a Regional Support Manager (Cleaning) to lead, motivate and embed a sustainable culture of service excellence across the Key Account Network (KAN).

This role will provide strong leadership, set clear performance standards, and ensure operational, safety and financial compliance across the aligned UK region.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can support both self-delivered activities and local operational teams, working closely with account teams to ensure consistently high-quality service delivery.

As a key regional leader, you will act as an escalation point, drive performance, and maintain alignment with contractual expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide full leadership for all regional accountabilities, ensuring customer satisfaction, safe systems of work and effective team management.

Support KAN account management teams to achieve best-in-class service delivery and performance.

Collaborate with OSC SDM teams to ensure compliance with SLA/KPI requirements including missed cleans, PPM delivery and recruitment targets.

Act as a regional escalation point, offering operational guidance and resolving general queries.

Maintain thorough knowledge of contractual service specifications and ensure standardised, high-quality delivery.

Oversee regional budgets, monitor financial performance and deliver savings through efficient service operations.

Produce periodic performance and budget reporting for the aligned portfolio director.

Build strong internal relationships and encourage a customer-focused culture within the regional management team.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong experience in comparable management roles.

In-depth understanding of cleaning operations and related activities.

Proven commercial, financial and budget management experience.

Effective communication skills with the ability to support colleagues without a cleaning background.

Ability to manage client expectations and deliver customer-focused solutions.

Excellent problem-solving skills with an adaptable, proactive approach.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.

Skilled in building professional relationships with internal stakeholders.

Must hold full UK driving licence (car/car allowance).
