Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Burnley Road Academy is seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Class Teacher to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

We are looking for an excellent practitioner who is passionate about early learning and committed to creating a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching within an Early Years setting
• Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• Demonstrate high expectations for learning, behaviour and achievement
• Be committed to supporting the needs of all children
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
• Work effectively as part of a supportive team
