Churcher’s College is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Hospitality Manager to lead and develop our growing hospitality and events offering across the school. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Manager looking for a varied, people-focused role in a prestigious and fast-paced environment.
This brand-new position offers the chance to truly make your mark bringing fresh ideas, innovation, and current hospitality trends into a thriving school setting.
- Managing all aspects of hospitality and event delivery across the school
- Attending client meetings and building strong stakeholder relationships
- Coordinating staffing requirements for events and functions
- Working alongside the Executive Head Chef on menu planning and event execution
- Leading and supporting event teams on-site
- Bringing innovative and creative ideas to enhance the hospitality offering
- Managing hospitality booking systems and event planning processes
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards at every event
- Supporting operational excellence, health & safety, and food hygiene compliance
- Creative, enthusiastic, and up to date with hospitality trends
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating with clients and stakeholders
- Flexible and adaptable to the changing demands of events
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
- A natural leader who can motivate teams during events and busy services
- Flexible approach to role and working pattern.
- Hold a personal driving license.
