Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Part-Time Production Operative/Labourer to join their team on either a temporary to permanent or permanent basis.

This is a hands-on outdoor role that would suit someone with previous construction, labouring, or industrial experience who is now looking for part-time hours.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 4 hours per day

Duties will include:

• Loading materials into mixing equipment
• Bagging finished products
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring materials are readily available
• General outdoor production and yard duties
• Wearing breathing apparatus and PPE
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Own transport is essential due to the rural location on the outskirts of Grantham
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Reliable with a good work ethic
• Previous construction, labouring, manufacturing, or yard experience would be advantageous
