Responsibilities
Independently establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, pharmacists, clinics, and hospital staff.
Promote and present pharmaceutical products through meetings, demonstrations, and networking activities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing client relationships.
Develop and manage your own sales pipeline and customer portfolio.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support business growth.
Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM systems to maintain accurate client and sales records.
Work collaboratively with the wider business and marketing teams where required.
Provide product information and support to healthcare professionals.
Maintain records of business activity and submit agreed reporting information.
Requirements
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical sectors.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and convert opportunities.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Fluency in Spanish would be highly advantageous.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.
Ability to manage your own schedule and workload effectively.
Valid driving licence and access to transport preferred due to client travel requirements.

Successful candidates will operate as independent contractors and will be responsible for their own tax, National Insurance contributions, and business expenses where applicable.
