The Role
As part of our multi-disciplinary care team, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our guests. This includes:
Supporting with daily activities and personal care
Encouraging independence and dignity
Taking part in social activities, outings, and experiences that make each stay special
This is a unique care role where you’re not just supporting daily needs, you’re helping create meaningful holiday experiences.
Flexible Opportunities Available
We are currently recruiting for:
Part-time Care Assistant roles (approx. 42 and 49 hours per fortnight rota, or flexible combinations)
Bank / seasonal staff – ideal for students or those seeking summer work
This flexibility makes the role perfect for those balancing other commitments.
Salary & Benefits
£13.45 per hour (depending on experience)
Every other weekend off (Friday 1pm finish)
35 days holiday (pro rata)

Strong communication skills
