We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Occupational Therapist to join our forward-thinking social care team. This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to lead, influence, and create lasting impact within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

You’ll use your expertise to empower individuals to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes and communities. From complex moving and handling assessments to major adaptations and specialist equipment provision, you will drive high-quality, person-centred interventions



About you
What We’re Looking For

HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
Significant post-qualification experience within social care
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act)
Confidence managing complex cases and risk assessments
A natural leader with excellent communication and mentoring skills
Passion for enabling independence and improving outcomes
