Summary
Provide day to day delivery of an effective and comprehensive Workforce Advice service in accordance with agreed service standards. Provide administration support to Workforce Advice Team Support the team to continuously review and update processes to ensure the highest standards at all times. Build strong and effective relationships with managers across the team and Trust wide. Support the development of the Workforce Team in conjunction with the Workforce Strategy
