Chilton Trinity School in Bridgwater is seeking a committed Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) to support the delivery of high-quality safeguarding and child protection across our school, including online safety. Working closely with the DSL, you will contribute to strategy discussions, inter-agency meetings, and the assessment of children’s needs, while advising and supporting staff on safeguarding matters and liaising with agencies such as the local authority and police. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced safeguarding professional, ideally with a background working with children in an educational setting, who is passionate about ensuring every child is safe, supported, and protected.
You’ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team who are committed to helping every child reach their full potential. You’ll join colleagues who work collaboratively to create a positive, inclusive learning environment where staff and pupils thrive together.
