Summary
Accountant required for a well established accounting firm supporting contractors, freelancers and SMEs, the role is office based in Ferndown. This is a vibrant and forward thinking practice so this role would suit someone looking for the next step up in their career.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high quality service
Review statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
Support, supervise and train junior staff
Attend new client meetings and prepare quotations
Allocate workloads and monitor internal SLAs
Ensure timely submission of VAT returns and accounts
Requirements
AAT/ACCA/ACA qualified (part or fully)
Minimum 3 years’ practice experience
Strong understanding of tax
Confident communicator with excellent client facing skills
Ability to manage a small team
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
