Summary
We are looking for a dynamic individual who has management experience working in a children’s home for young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
Reporting to the Directorate you will be responsible for:
Directing, organising and overseeing the operations of the home, and ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance at all times
Assessing, evaluating and informing best practice in relation to social engagement and empowerment for children and young people
Providing leadership and guidance to the staff team, creating a person-centred culture
What we’re looking for:
Management experience within a children’s residential setting
Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (or equivalent)
Strong understanding and experience of Ofsted regulation
Inspirational leadership, excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
