We are looking for a Site Co-Ordinator to join our amazing team, supporting both administrative and cleaning operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
In this role, you will work closely with the Site Manager ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the site. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards, supporting reporting and administration processes, and delivering excellent service to our client, while also supporting the cleaning team when required.
Role ResponsibilitiesFor the administrative aspect of this role, you will support and assist in managing all administration processes related to the contract. You will work closely with and take direction from the Site Manager and Regional Account Manager as required, as well as attend weekly or monthly meetings and conference calls. Your responsibilities will include updating internal and external databases and administration systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. You will be responsible for filing documentation both manually and electronically in line with business policies and procedures, ensuring all operational paperwork meets corporate standards. In addition, you will manage reports and supporting contract documentation and assist with the preparation for client meetings. A flexible approach to business support is essential to ensure deadlines are consistently achieved.
Alongside your administrative duties, you will also support with cleaning responsibilities within the warehouse environment. This will include general cleaning and tidying of all areas, including washrooms and canteens, using appropriate cleaning equipment, materials, and products. You will ensure all equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order. You will be expected to respond promptly to client call-outs, manage waste disposal in line with site procedures, and comply with all Health & Safety legislation and Mitie policies, with full training provided.

-A knowledge of facilities management sectors is desirable
-Relevant experience of Microsoft packages - must have good working knowledge of Excel
-Excellent data entry skills and attention to details
-Must have a flexible approach to working
-Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload; excellent time keeping skills and strong planning and organisational ability
-Relationship building skills - in particular to be a self-starter willing to take the initiative when necessary and excellent ability to work well within a team structure, and support and guide team members as required
-Ability to generate, develop and present ideas and suggestions for improvements in order to achieve more effective working practises
-Discretion in dealing with confidential information
-Customer Care - Capable of delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
-Well presented, professional appearance and attitude with a positive and professional approach
-Excellent written and spoken communication skills
-You will be required to complete the Basic Disclosure (DBS Check) and undertake a drug and alcohol screening test.
