The Role As part of a growing marketing team, were looking for a Marketing Executive for our Your Health Nottinghamshire service with a strong focus on content creation and social media, alongside other core marketing activity such as email, PR, website content, printed media and internal communications. This is a wonderful role that is tasked with bringing our life-changing services to life online, telling the stories of the people and communities that benefit from this change. This role is based in the Mansfield office, with a salary of £27,000 Key Responsibilities Work within wider UK marketing team to provide outstanding marketing campaigns for ABL, with a specific focus on Your Health Notts, taking the lead in this region for content creation, marketing execution and internal communication. Work closely with the Nottinghamshire regional operations and engagement teams to understand their needs, co-creating regional marketing content and execution plans to help meet local service targets. Create engaging content for social media profiles end-to-end production including video, photos, written content and scheduling to amplify our services and outcomes. Visit local areas where ABLs services are being delivered to capture video and photo content. Manage email campaigns to drive referrals and enhance B2B relationships. Support the lead generation activity through paid media and creative optimisation. Create a regular newsletter for the local service to highlight the great work and achievements. Develop new website content and landing page optimisation, working with the regional teams on requirements, and the developers on delivery. Compile regular marketing performance reports, analyse performance and optimise marketing efforts accordingly. This is an embedded business partner role based in our Mansfield office. Youll be mostly focused on the Nottingham service, working day to day with the regional team. Your line management will be from the UK Central Marketing team (based in different locations around the country), providing you with wider support on marketing activity, projects and development. About You A dynamic, creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas and execute with passion and enthusiasm. Strong content creation and video skills, including filming and editing a variety of people including staff and service users in a creative, engaging way. Experience managing content planning, production, scheduling and user engagement across multiple social profiles. Some experience using AI tools for content creation such as copy, video, and imagery would be useful. Comfortable taking a performance marketing approach; reviewing analytics and data to help shape content execution and media planning. Experience of healthcare marketing or an environment requiring emotive storytelling and working directly with service users is beneficial. Comfortable working in an office and developing close relationships with regional stakeholders, and travelling to different services across Nottinghamshire regularly for content production (you will require your own car for this with mileage reimbursed). Experience with some of the following: Filming, photography, video editing software, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Wordpress, Google Analytics.
