The Role As Nursing Home Manager , you will:
Provide strong, visible leadership to an established team
Maintain and further enhance the quality of care and compliance standards
Drive a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement
Ensure the home is consistently aligned with CQC expectations and striving towards Outstanding
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
About You We are looking for an experienced and quality-focused leader who:
Holds a valid NMC PIN (essential)
Has a proven track record with CQC, managing nursing homes
Experience managing a larger nursing home successfully
Commercial experience (Would consider a regional/operational candidate stepping down)
Good people management skills.
