Job description:
Tender Administrator Role & Duties
Salary negotiable – Dependent on Experience
Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
28 days holiday per annum (20 days + bank holidays)
Optional NEST Pension Scheme inclusion
Experienced, Dedicated, Dynamic Tender Administrator required to join and support a small team in Eltham
Duties Include as Tender Administrator
• Letter writing/Content generation
• Excellent email skills - compile sensible emails and responses between parties
• Excellent Excel skills
• Document Control & Coordination
• Report writing and collection
• Daily database checking, sourcing of tenders and filing of tender documents on server.
• Preparing professional tender correspondence and enquiries.
• Analysing tender information and providing a summary of tender specifications.
• Accessing and compiling mandatory documents required.
• Updating and accurately managing and tracking the calendar, closing dates, briefings and viewings.
• Successful and accurate sourcing and filing of tender documents.
• Attending tender briefings and accurately recording and documenting the proceedings.
• Preparing the required tender document templates (tender letter, functionality).
• Delivering tenders and successfully documenting the outcome of the opening.
• Monitoring and following-up on submitted tenders for extensions of validity expiries, and follow-ups.
• Taking minutes, notes, and recordings at tender viewings and meetings
Must have experience in:
Microsoft Office 365 Package including Outlook
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Tender Administrator.
