- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students, tailoring your approach to meet the individual needs of each child
- Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate lessons, working closely with the teaching staff to ensure a consistent and cohesive learning experience
- Encourage and facilitate active participation in classroom activities, fostering a love of learning and a positive attitude towards education
- Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents to support the overall development of each child

- Perform general classroom duties, such as preparing materials, organising resources, and maintaining a tidy and organised learning space
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within a primary school setting
- A relevant educational qualification, such as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Diploma or equivalent
- A strong understanding of the UK primary school curriculum and the ability to adapt your teaching approach to meet the needs of different age groups and ability levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff members
