Summary

Are you an experienced coordinator who can manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, professional approach within a supportive team?

We are looking for a skilled Service Coordinator to join our busy Service Delivery Team in Chipping Sodbury, supporting the delivery of essential in-house gas services to our customers.

This is a part-time, office-based role working 20 hours per week. Candidates must be available to work Mondays and Fridays, with the remaining working day offered flexibly by agreement. You will work closely with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Planning daily schedules for heating engineers and coordinating the end-to-end delivery of services and repairs
  • Allocating emergency, urgent, and routine work to engineers effectively
  • Monitoring service requests, job progress, and productivity using digital scheduling platforms
  • Liaising between customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding service issues
  • Ensuring all operational processes meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
  • Assisting with compiling performance reports, including KPIs and customer satisfaction data

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in service coordination, planning, compliance, or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong IT skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • A Basic DBS check is required (arranged by BFL)
