• Document Preparation: Drafting, formatting, and editing legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence.
• File and Case Management: Opening and closing files, maintaining digital records, and organizing case documents.
• Client Communication: Acting as a primary contact point for clients, answering phones, and providing updates.
• Diary Management: Scheduling appointments, court hearings, and managing diaries.
