Summary
We are looking for a Data Analyst to play a key role in driving transparency, digital reporting excellence and business performance across our organisation. This role is central to enhancing our reporting capability, strengthening data integrity and accelerating our journey toward greater digitisation through tools such as Power BI, Power Automate and Excel.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, translating complex data into meaningful insight and ensuring our reporting landscape is robust, scalable and aligned with global standards.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead the enhancement of our digital reporting suite, ensuring business‑critical reporting runs smoothly and consistently.
- Scope, design and deliver new reporting solutions that support operational and strategic decision‑making.
- Build advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate and Excel, exploring new ways to optimise and automate reporting processes.
- Ensure reporting architecture aligns with governance frameworks and Regional/Global standards.
- Review and refine existing reporting activity to increase efficiency and reduce non‑value‑adding analysis.
- Partner proactively with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, shaping demand‑led insight and translating data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Develop structured plans from high‑level or ambiguous stakeholder input, often working with individuals who have limited time or technical expertise.
- Move seamlessly between data modelling, content creation, commercial insight and business partnering.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong technical capability with proven experience in Power BI, Power Automate and Excel.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on product excellence, integrity and customer value.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Confident problem‑solver with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Comfortable working across both finance‑related and broader business subject areas.
