We're hiring: IFA Administrator - Deeside
We are recruiting for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a highly respected and fast‑growing financial planning firm based in Deeside. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong experience in IFA administration, a solid understanding of financial planning platforms, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality client support.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting advisers, managing client documentation, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes within a regulated environment. This position offers long‑term career development within a professional and supportive team.

Requirements

Proven experience as an IFA Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator

Strong understanding of financial services processes, platforms, and provider requirements

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to work proactively and manage workload effectively in a fast‑paced environment
