As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering this variety, switching confidently between fine dining, fresh salads, elegant canapés, hot fork buffets, and plated dishes for executive guests.

This is a role for an ambitious chef who thrives on change, enjoys working across different styles, and takes pride in consistency and presentation. You will be part of a team that values creativity, professionalism, and the ability to make every service feel exceptional.

The Role

Run your section to a high standard across a range of hospitality styles

Produce food for meeting room hospitality, fine dining private dining rooms, boardroom dining, PS03 canapé, buffet and plated events, and Level 18 deli, lounge bar and pastry support

Follow recipes and specifications consistently, maintaining accurate allergen and due diligence records

Maintain a clean, organised workstation with correct labelling and stock rotation

Support senior chefs with ordering, stock control, and prep organisation

Work collaboratively with the wider team and be flexible to move across sections when required

About You

Experience as a Demi CDP or CDP in Michelin, AA Rosette, 5-star hotel, or high-end B&I environments

Strong technical skills with good knife ability and attention to detail

Genuine passion for learning across all kitchen sections, including hot, cold, pastry, and events

Professional, reliable, and team-focused approach

Strong understanding of food safety, allergens, and kitchen compliance

Enthusiastic, proud of your work, and committed to personal development
