Summary

TIG Welder / Fabricator – Permanent Role
£16.00 - £17.00 per hour DOE
Daventry, Northamptonshire
Monday - Friday | Days | Overtime Available

Workforce Manufacturing are working in partnership with a leading precision engineering manufacturer based in Daventry, specialising in high-performance automotive components and advanced fabrication work.

Due to continued growth and increased demand, they are looking to add a skilled TIG Welder to their team on a permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a modern, high-spec environment working on quality-driven, precision products used within performance and specialist engineering sectors.

The Role
• TIG welding of high-precision components and assemblies
• Working with stainless steel, aluminium, and titanium materials
• Producing clean, high-quality welds with strong visual standards
• Reading and working accurately from engineering drawings
• Supporting both prototype and production work
• Working to tight tolerances in a quality-focused environment
• Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards throughout

The Ideal Candidate
• Strong TIG welding experience (all levels considered)
• Confident reading engineering drawings
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, consistent and quality-driven approach
• Experience in automotive, motorsport, aerospace or precision engineering environments advantageous
• Titanium welding experience highly desirable (top end rate consideration)
• Aluminium welding experience also beneficial
