Summary

Female Support Worker

We’re looking for caring individuals who live in Lincoln to support people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Challenging behaviours, EUPD, Mental health & Complex care health needs to help them thrive at home and in their communities.

Successful candidates from the first‑stage telephone interview will be required to attend a mandatory face‑to‑face Assessment Day, scheduled for Wednesday 20th May 2026 in Lincoln 9:30am arrival - 4:30pm finish.

Pay rates: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour depending on the package & Sleep in shifts are £10 per hour - Subject to package.

Shift pattern: 10 & 12 hours shifts across either 8:00am - 20:00pm, 20:00pm - 8:00am or 22:30pm - 8:30am. We are recruiting for 1x20 hours, 1x36 hours and 2x24 hours per week.

Location: Lincoln including Saxilby and Washingborough.

We have a variety of Support Worker roles available across multiple packages with different support needs, including but not limited to:

  • Learning Disabilities
  • Epilepsy
  • Autism
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Behaviours that are challenged/ Physically challenging
  • Personality Disorder (EUPD)
  • ADHD
  • Mental Health
  • Registered blindness
  • Sensory needs
  • Global developmental delay
  • Personal care

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting Challenging behaviours, Autism & Learning disabilities
  • Experience supporting Complex care for one of our packages of care
  • Drivers with access to a vehicle
  • Ideally no restrictions to working hours
  • Comfortable working in packages with animals i.e., House cat/ Dog.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Caring, reliable, and professional attitude
