About the Role

We are expanding our Outreach provisions across Littlehampton and Worthing, supporting more individuals to live independently within their communities.

This is a role where no two days are the same — and every day matters. As a Relief Support Worker, you'll provide personalised, flexible support that empowers adults with learning disabilities to live confidently, safely, and independently.

You'll work across multiple community settings, helping people access appointments, social activities, and essential services that promote wellbeing and independence.

One-to-one community support — empowering individuals to live independently

Personal Care — delivered with dignity and respect

Supporting appointments & outings — ensuring people stay connected and engaged

Promoting independence through tailored support plans

Maintaining accurate records and contributing to ongoing care planning
