Job Description
- Lead site technical and quality activities
- Ensure food safety, HACCP, and compliance requirements are met
- Manage quality systems, audits, and corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement across processes
- Support and guide technical team members
- Collaborate with operational and cross-functional teams
Experience
- Previous experience in a senior technical or quality role within a regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and HACCP
- Experience ensuring compliance with industry and customer standards
- Confident communicator able to influence at all levels
- Proven leadership skills with experience developing others
- Food Hygiene and HACCP trained
