Your Education Professionals are looking for dedicated, flexible Teaching Assistants to support our Doncaster based academies. 



This role offers a brilliant chance to work across a range of specialist settings - from early years to further education - while choosing shifts that suit your lifestyle. Whether you're after occasional work or something more regular, we can offer opportunities that fit around you. 



The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with a range of needs (including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and Speech & Language needs)

Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities

Help pupils to develop confidence, independence, and social skills

Implement behaviour support strategies and promote positive learning

Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff and parents

Contribute to an inclusive and engaging classroom environment



Ideal candidates will be: 

Caring, patient, and committed to supporting young people 

Adaptable, confident working in different school environments and age ranges 

Interested in or willing to learn about SEND 

Holders of a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (preferred but not essential) 

Experience in alternative provision, care settings or supporting those with additional needs is highly beneficial.
