About the Role:
YMCA Robin Hood Group is seeking a Housing Services Duty Manager, to lead a team of Housing Duty Managers and Housing Duty Workers
across our Ashfield and Mansfield accommodation buildings.
Running this team provides the fundamental operations for these buildings overseeing building management, security and the first
interaction point to our residents.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, approachable and willing to have a hands-on approach to ensure the safety and
wellbeing of staff and residents within our accommodation.
Your role will also ensure compliance with Regulated Social Housing, Ofsted, and Quality Assurance Framework standards, meaning we
provide excellent accommodation and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support a team of Housing Duty Managers and Housing Duty Workers to ensure effective service delivery
* Conduct regular health and safety inspections and maintain safety compliance across all sites
* Ensure fire safety and appropriate auditing to ensure high quality and accurate recording of information, which includes
accurate incident report writing and handovers
* Provide excellent customer service through front of house and reception management
* Lead the management of rent collection procedures and assist with arrears cases
* Respond to emergencies and incidents, providing appropriate support and liaising with emergency services
* Recruit, induct, train and manage your team on a day to day basis, prioritising supervision for reflective practice

will happen that day!
You will need a UK driving license as you will have access to a pool car. You will be responsible for responding, managing,
providing advice and guidance for incidents across our main accommodation sites as well as transitional homes. You can expect to
travel between these two locations frequently.
About You
You will have experience in housing management or a related field
Be able to demonstrate leadership capabilities and experience managing teams
Your excellent communication skills will ensure an ability to build relationships with residents and stakeholders
Have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
A genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable populations and improving their lives
Ability to handle emergencies and sensitive situations with professionalism and care
